I came to USA December 2005 as an F1 student, I graduated my school June 2011 month after I married my lovely wife, We filed everything on May 2011, got finger prints, Scheduled interview sep 19 2011, Everthing was normal untill We went to interview , as soon as we enter the building she got arrested right at the spot(Lousville Ky)
I went Uscis office( Upstairs) i try to get another date for interview they said theyll deny the application. (Her Charges are dismissed after taken to custody) Anyways they send us letter to motion to reopen we couldnt afford it , oct 2011 they send me a letter for removal proceeding scheduled master hearing on oct 2012, On march 2012 she filed I-130 it took them till january 11 to give us another appointment, Before this interview I went to court I explained everything to her she gave me another court date dec 2013, we got a lawyer went to interview they took us to room at same time asked us some questions, after she asked us proof showed her pictures insuarense lease, She gave us paper stated we passed the interview.

How long does it usually take immigration court to terminate the case( Generally Speaking)
My lawyer told me it will be better of get the case terminated have judge transfer my file to back to Uscis, but I heard alot of things i wonder whoever had same kind of experience can enlighten me?
Lawyer also told me we may get interview for I 485 application again, I am not worried about it at all but I am really Tired with the fact They been making our process so slow! So everyone please tell me what you know about this, I will appreciated it very much
