Hi,
I am on H-1 visa which is hold by Company A and I have a question about part time work for a community college. I have spoken to an HR person of a community college to teach some Oracle courses but I am not sure whether my H-1 status would allow me to teach those courses because community college does not hold my visa and they will not file for another H-1 for me!
What are my options? Is working for community college on hourly basis is illegal? Please share your thoughts.
