part Time TN

Pardon me if this answered before...

I do have a full time TN.

I need part time TN for another company.
That another company is own by "Green Card Holder".

I am thinking to get TN for that company so have a legal formality fulfilled.

Or I should have to have an American Citizen's company in order to get TN?

My assumption is only full time TN needs to be from American Citizen's company?

Is that correct? Can I get the part time TN for Green Card Holder's company?

It will be 1099 of course...
 
There is no difference between a full-time or a part-time TN. The standard for sponsorship is the same for each.
