Part time study while on H1B

Hello,

I am currently doing part time MBA while on H1B and working.

I am sending my passport for revalidation at St.Louis and would like to clear some doubts.

*** In the D-156 form (Visa form), we need to fill out Do you intend to study in US?

Should I say Yes or No?

Does any body have any experience in this regard?

When I applied for visa revalidation, I answered "yes" and got my passport back, stamped. No problems.

My husband had the same case. He answered "Yes" and got his visa stamped with no problems as well.
