Part time study while I485 pending

Hi!,

If one is working on EAD and I485 pending. Is there any problem attending University Classes on part time basis still continuing in the job ?

As long as you are putting 40 hours for your employer , no problem. You can attend any college or do whatever you want.

You don't even need to work for your employer during the adjustment process, although it causes fewer questions if you do. There is no 40 hour/week requirement for the EAD.

No problem for pursuing part time study, along with your full-time employment, during 485.

It's ok as long as you don't apply for F1 visa (you don't need to - you can apply for university enrollment using H1 or AOS status).
