Part Time Job Using EAD

I am going to complete my six years term by end of
march. After wards i am going to use my EAD.

Is this possible can i do part time job by using 1099
and at the same time working with my sponserd employer (Using W2 ).

You can use EAD for any kind of work with any employer. If your I-140 is not approved better file 7th year H1 extension before you hit 6 years and don’t use EAD try to maintain H1 status. If I-140 is approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days then you are safe
