Can we do a part time job(similar/same as on labor but may be smaller salary) during the I-485 process by invoking AC21? thanks for sharing ur opinion.

You can do any job with any salary as long you have EAD other other valid authorization (i.e. 2nd H1B).

As long as you still have a main job or job offer (the original sponsored job or an AC21 job), with an EAD you can do any other job on the side, provided they will hire you ... doesn't have to be same or similar in salary or job type. But doing that will invalidate your H1 or L1 (unless you are doing the other job with a 2nd H1 instead of using the EAD).

Thank you nscagony and jackolantern.
I am sorry, I didn't explain properly. I wanted to ask "Can we do part time job only and quit the main job". Cause I wanna take care of a gas station business that I already have . Thanks again.

I don't know if a part-time job can become the replacement job under AC21, especially if the original job was full time (but maybe it can ... see a lawyer if you need a definite answer).

But since there is no actual requirement to work for the sponsor (or anybody) full time before GC approval, it should be OK to work part time in anything as long as you still have an offer to work full time in a "same or similar" job after GC approval. And you should actually go to work in it full time once your GC is approved, in order to avoid problems during naturalization.

Thank you Jackolantern.
You are so nice that I noticed you advice to almost everyone in this forum although you got your green card. I started business as I was scared of the ups and downs of the market. Sure, I will see the lawyer.
