Part time H1B status

Part time H1B status - seeking advice

What is the minimum number of hours for part-time H1B status? Do I have to go back into the quota/cap system if I go from part-time to full time? Is there anything else that's different for part time?

I guess you can apply for part time visa however you need to have enough no. of hrs and enough salary as required by law.

Are you working now under h1b as full time employee (80 Hours / week) for your present sponser?
If answer is YES, you can apply another concurrent h1b to do part time ( any number of hours [(i.e) present 80 hrs + part time hours per week]with some other company.
