Hi, I am working part time for a small company. The company is willing to sponsor my green card application, although I have to pay all expense. I am wondering whether the part time job is okay for applying for green card. Thanks.
better to get 40 hours/week ..companies want anyone to work for them ..they normally dont care about your gc ..its just a carrot for you to work for them. some small companies are good and may have your interest in mind .
Four years degree (BE, Btech) etc is also better ..bottom line -clean paperwork -honest company
