1) If I start a business (corporation) on my wife's name, can I change it to my name when I want or become a partner of the company. Is it OK to work part-time if I am a partner of the company.
2) I won't leave my employer for at least 6 months, but want to work for another company either full-time or part-time, how that works out.
I gathered some information on opening a business. I want to open either LLC or corporation. for a start up and small company which is really suitable. Since in software consulting, there will be really very less liability/no liability, so is it a good idea to start corporation
