After going through it I realised I did not mention a trip to Canada that I made some years ago in my N400 applicaion. I drove in and drove out, spent the week-end in Canada.

I hope this isn't going to create problems at the interview. :(

Part 7 section C of N-400 specifically ask for all trips outside US after becoming LPR. If your trip is before that then you are fine. Otherwise while at interview you can ask IO to add entry about that trip. You can also take separate sheet of paper mentioning about the trip and IO will attached it to your application.

Don't worry about it. The IO will ask you if you have traveled outside of the US after you filed N-400 and he/she will ask you if you need to update any information for you N-400 before you sign the final signature on the N-400.

Just show the IO what need to be updated during interview.
