Part B on I-485, none of them applied?????

I have a problem with Part 2. The point is that none of the answers applied to me. I got married but unfortunately I came here as a tourist, not as a K-1 or any other choice that they give. Please help!

Ania, Do not panic. There is an option for every eligible person. The I-485 is worded obliviously.
You should check the first option IF you married to US citizen and if you file your marriage based I-485 concurrently with I-130, OR your I-130 is already approved.
If you married to GC holder, then you might need to wait for a visa number first.
