part 15 (immigration status) on EAD application form

Hi, I'm renewing my EAD application, on the part 15 of the form I-765, it asks my current immigration status, what should i put there? I am H4 now, and my I 485 is still pending there, the RD is 09/20/2001. Should I just put H4 there?
