Parrallel Processing of Immigration

Hello Guys/Gals

Me and my wife have both applied for our immigration process through our respective companies. How far can we continue to have separate process (our INS centers are different)? Also presently, my wife have got her labor approved from VA region and in the process of applying for I140 & 485 stage. If I apply along with her, do I need to discontinue my process? We are thinking of keeping it separate, due to uncertain economic environment. Would higly appreciate any thoughts.

I don't see any problems with both processes running concurrently. Check the latest rules/laws with your lawyer.
 
My wife and myself have filed for 140/485 in VSC separately.

There is no problem or restriction in filing 2 separate petitions with u as primary applicant in one and another one filed by ur wife.
