I don't think you should bother arguing with JoeF. If you just search this board, you will find ***hundreds*** of postings from at least 3 dozen people criticizing his condescending, and lately, misleading information.
By now, I'm sure his killfile is 512MB in size. Although, it doesn't seem to be working as advertised, because he keeps replying to your postings.
He keeps complaining about so-called ad-hominen attacks against him, but in this thread, the great JoeF himself decided to call you a nutcase, troll, and asked you shut-up numerous times. Sounds pretty ad-hominen to me, eh?
I find it amazing that any websites (even BCSIS itself) that don't agree with his interpretation of the law automatically become ***questionable***.
I highly recommend that people use his advice for entertainment purposes ONLY. The guy's ego is misguided and his knowledge of immigration law was only applicable in the medieval ages. The guy obviously doesn't have a life outside this board, and I just hope he doesn't screw up someone's life in the U.S. with his bull*crap advice and screwball interpretation of U.S. immigration law.
I'm lucky to already belong to his killfile, so he should probably never read this posting, but I would advice you not to waste your breath (or pixels in this case

p.s. And i do agree with you: the reentry permit is not valid if the stamp is expired.
