Parking at Miami office...Any tips?

Where does one park at the 7880 Biscayne Blvd. office, without getting towed? I don't want to park at the parking meters so I don't need to run down to feed them while I am waiting in line. Is there a paid parking lot anywhere? Is it safe to park by the businesses, and not get towed?
 
I usually parked at the shopping plaza across 79th street. Never had any problem. Just park at the lot without any number asigned.
 
While on 79th street, if you are coming east from I95, there is a parking lot on the right just before the immigration building. It is beside a gas station. It would cost you $10 to park there.
 
Taco Bell

You can park in Taco Bell parking lot for 7 bucks!! they will even give you a free soda!!.

I saw the parking lot west of the USCIS office, it was empty on Sunday when I went scouting the place out, and I'm glad to hear that it is usually open.
Thanks for the tip at Taco Bell. I'd prefer to pay for parking than risk being towed from the shopping mall across the street.
