I will invite my parents to visit us. I never go back to my own country. my passport expired already.
1) do I need to attach the copy of my expired passport?
2) I will attach my asylee documents for them. do you think my own country will know these? How do you think us embassy react these?
3) is it hard for my parents to get the visa because i hold the asylee status?

I am so worry about these. could you give me questions about these? thank you so much

I do not think showing the embassy your asylum documents will make a difference because on the visa form your parents have to disclosse your wherebouts and status anyway (as well as those of their other children).

Whether they can obtain a visa depends on if they can convince the officer that they will leave the United States. In some countries this is almost impossible because people in fact stay here permanently once they get in. This is really a crapshoot process.

Good luck.
