My parents will be going US consulate for their US visit visa interview on March 6 (Tuesday).
Father is retired government officer (aged 69) -retired in 1998.
Mother is house wife age 58.
Their US 5 years multiple visitor visa expired in November 2006. On this visa (which expired in Nov. 2006) they visited US twice (2002 & 2006). Both time left US within the legal timeframe.
Here is the catch:
We are 4 brothers. Eldest one is a Professor in a Middle East University. I am #2 (GC holder). My two younger brothers came to US on F-1 visa in Jan 2006 (along with my parents. My parents returned in May 2006).
The weak point I see for my parents getting visit visa second time is that all their children are outside their home country.
Though they can prove their ties with a property papers (they own a house in City's posh area), portion of the house is on 1 year-term rent. The rent term will finish this summer. Also my father gets his pension.
Please advice how to address the children concern.
Since we have one day left as they will be appearing for a visa interview on March 6th, I will appreciate quick responses.
Thanks in advance.
Ps- I am sponsoring my parents. I sent them all the required papers (affidavit of support, pay stubs, job verification letter, bank statements, tax papers, birth certificate)
