Parent's name on Birth Certificates

Hello,

In my wife's and my Birth Certificate, our full name (first name & last name) is listed whereas our parents's first name is only mentioned, their last names are not mentioned.

What if I'm not able to get the Birth Certificated corrected to show the parents full name. Is it really needed and if so any alternatives?

Get 2 affidavits from your parents on stamp paper(if from India) signed before notary and 2 affidavits from your wife parents. Affidavit should list the relation ship with your, your Father Full name, your Name, your Place of Birth (that should match with Place of birth on passports) Date of birth

From mother side her full name after marriage with your father and maiden name before marriage, relationship with you, your Place of Birth, Date of Birth
** Same for your wife from her parents 2 affidavits.
