Parents Interview at Delhi -do i need to submit fee to VFS? how much?

I processed my parents petition thru NVC and submitted all the paperwork. They have been invited for interview at Delhi consulate. I am confused what all they need to prepare for the interview. The Consulate website says they must pay a fee to VFS before coming for interview. IS that applicable to my parents who processed their application thru NVC? If yes, what is the amount? I am seeing 3 different amounts on their website.

Is anyone familiar with this process? Many thanks...

You can see the cost of a visa from this thread. Call the Embassy in India and explain you situation, to check if they want you to pay double...cause you already gave USCIS the $$$
