Parents-Documents required for CP

Hi,

My parents applications were sent on May 14 by NVC. So far their file has not been recvd by the US Embassy in Delhi. I had a couple of questions.

1.How long is it taking for the US embassy to schedule the interview? Is the file that NVC dispatched a paper copy or electronic?

2.Do I have to send my parents a new affidavit of support...similar to the one I had sent to NVC..or will NVC forward the affidavit as well as the related tax documents/other supporting documents etc to the US embassy in Delhi? I have read confusing instructions on the US embassy website and the state dept. web site.

I have in the process of applying GC for my parents and I am waiting for ds-230 forms?
