Parents coming to US summer. File for them now or wait?

My parents plan to come to the US in July this year to visit, in about 3 months. Should I file I-130 for them now, and change the address after they get here or should I wait for them to get here and then file I-130?

They have a visitor's visa. If I file the I-130 for them now, is there any possible problems at the point of entry in the US? Can they be denied based on the "intend to immigrate" question if they are visiting?

I am having a baby in July and I want them to come up and stay for a little while, so I do not want them to have any problems entering the US.

How does this work? Whats the best way forward?
