I am getting all papers ready for future GC of my parents. I can see that the most important document is the Birth Certificate. Regarding my Father, his parents are long gone and he is the eldest in the family and does not have BC. We can get Non-availbility certificate made but what about affidavits? Whose affidavits to get since he himself is the eldest?
My mom's situation is similar except that her mom is still alive who may be able to provide one affidavit. Where to get the second affidavit?
Does the person providing affidavit have to be 10 years older to my parents?
