Hello there everyone,

I am extremely new to this whole immigration thing and so pls anyone with any relevant information...can you please guide me in this situation:

Ok my situation is that my parents are both GC holder (since aug 2004) and they have filed for me (over the age of 21) i.e. son for a GC by petitioning I-130 form.

I just came across some post regarding DORA pilot program in Dallas where one can obtain thier GC within 90 days and so I am just wondering if I/my parents are eligible to apply for me through that. I really don't know what the eligiblity requirements are for that program. I also can't seem to find the document outlining the eligiblity, posted by USCIS.

So, can someone pls share thier 0.02 cents on my issue. Is it possible for me to follow that path and get a GC within 90 days. Seems very unlikely, but I definitely will be very grateful, if it is at all possible.

Also, can someone please give me a timeline as to how long it will/can take for me to get a GC through the regular filling. Someone informed me that it could take anywhere from 6-8 years.

Pls anyone and everyone's post will be greatly appreciated. So don't hesistate to post your 0.02 cents on this.

Thanks again,
Manav

Fist of all to go through DORA program the petitionar has to be a USC. Your parents are GC holders. So they can not go through DORA process.
Yes it can take 608 years for you. So hang in there.
