Parents applying for B2

My father is applying for B2 to visit USA this summer. I am currently in the country with expired J1, getting married in June. My Dad already submitted the application stating that he had a daughter currently residing in the US, working and going to school, which I am doing at the moment. The agency he is applying through is now requesting specific information on my school and place of work. We do realize that his chances of getting visa are next to nothing, but he still wants to try. My question is whether it is safe to give that information to the embassy? Will they come after me after realizing my visa has already expired? I would appreciated any advice in this matter.

If the Embassy wants a certain piece of information, you have to supply it to them. If you do not, they will not proceed with the application.
