parental and Grand parental sponsorship

At present the parental and grandparental sponsorship is really scr****up.
They bluffed us by telling all good things about "Family Unity" in charter of rights and less time it takes to bring your dependent parents here . But once yo are in , they send message that they wold not be touching any parent sponsorhip file for next few years.
I am thinking for filling a suit . Any one else interested?
 
BTW , all this delay is done deliberately and they starting following American Sh*t. Some study (by so called think tanks) suggested that parents are burden to the society and public resources and hence should be deliberatly delayed w.r.t sponsorship.

I though CANADA's a different identity from Big Brohter and would not fall into the money minded extreme capitalist policies , but sad to observe other wise :o

I have read your post regarding delays in sponsoring parents??? could you please tell me the whole issue, since I also plan in sponsoring my mother and dependent sister to Canada from US....thanks

But mind it , the 23 month period is increasing by a month every month so after a year that will be 37 months as CIC has really STOPPED processing any Parental cases. There an internal memo in CIC specifically telling this.
