Parent Sponsorship after immigration reform

dear fellow immigrants, i have this situation that i can get my citizen in the next 2 years, and the plan is im sponsoring my mom ( currently 65 years old) to live with me since shes alone back in my country, but according to the news i read, new immigration reform wont allow relative sponsorship anymore
my question is , should i act now to sponsor my mom ( its harder under green card status but still legal), or i should gamble, waiting until the final laws made up and hope that relative sponsorship is not in there?

I had also initially read in some indian newspapers that they are not going to allow sponsoring of parents once this new law goes into effect. But then when I searched for the same information in google and US newspapers, I read the opposite, i.e. they will still allow parents to be sponsored.

The family category they're proposing to eliminate is the sibling category. And the married sons and daughters of USCs (F3) is to be restricted to under 31 years old at the time of filing. From what I've read none of the other family categories will be eliminated (although quota numbers may be adjusted up or down). And whatever category they eliminate, they're not going to get rid of the existing petitions.

And from the latest details to emerge about the house immigration bill, it looks like the sponsoring of parents will still be allowed (even according to the house version of the bill).
