Parallel GC processing when in 8th year of H1

Experts, I have a questions regarding H1 transfer.

I work for company A and currently on 8th yr of H1. My GC has been filed and labor is still pending(traditional processing). Is it possible to start a parallel GC thro Company B. If so, if the labor gets approved thro Company B thro PERM and when I continue to work for Company A, can company B apply for I140. Now assuming if I lose my job in Company A, can the new company(B) be able to apply for the H1 transfer. Please advice. Thanks
