Parallel GC after 7th year (is it possible?)

I am in 7th year of H1 (labor still pending in backlog center) and is it possible to do a parallel gc with different employer now. Say when in my end of 8th year if I want to transfer company, can the other company(which is processing my parallel gc) be able to transfer my h1 (since i will be already one year on the second gc). Experts please help. Thanks

Nothing prevents you from filing another LC with different employer. You can extend you H1 based on 2nd LC if it's more than 365 days old.
