I have a question about transfering paperwork..
Currently i am in my MS program in USA and hoping to finish it by the end of August. I am planning to apply for Canadian PR immediately after that as i am right now 2 points below the required points and Masters would add the valuable 5 points extra. However, i am planning to leave USA right after my Coursework completes to my home country. May be within a month or so.
Now my question is, if i apply here at Buffalo and then keep track about all the paperworks from my country, will that be a any kind of violation? what i meant, i have relatives here in USA whose address i can use for paperwork. And i can get them safely.
And also, if i am required an interview, can i then ask to be interviewed in other consulate than Buffalo?
The reason i am trying to do it from Buffalo, is becos of faster processing time.
Any ideas fells?..
