Paperwork to be filed to start work on EAD

Hi,

My wife is planning to work using her EAD.
She was on F1 before. Does the company have to file any
paperwork with INS for her to start working. She is on EAD not OPT.

She plans to take up an Admin job while she is doing her job search in her field. Most of the prospective employers have no idea about EAD/Green card.

---- NO paperwork to be filed with INS or USCIS she will up form I-9 and employer will keep it for his records
She is on EAD not OPT.

---- just show EAD and SSN card, she needs SSN before she starts work

She has an SSN. Does it need to be updated since her status changed from F-1 to EAD. She already has " Work with INS approval" on her card.
