Paper based PP request

Hi,

I recently submitted supporting documents to TSC under EB1A. I am waiting for I797 to upgrade my case to premium processing. For paper based PP request it seems we have to mail the form to Dallas whereas my supporting documents were sent to Mesquitte, TX. Will that be a problem?

no at all. Dallas will request your documents from Mesquitte. Pretty standard procedure. Good Luck

A quick question, I made a self-petition I-140 under EB1A. So what should I select among the following in form I-907 (PP)

You the person submitting this request
1. Are the petitioner
2. Are the Applicant.

I don't understand the difference.

i did it thru attorney. He chose

Are the attorney/accredited representative for the petitioner who is filing or has filed a
petition eligible for Premium Processing.
