Paging Shaky - Are you alive?

He had mentioned his interview was on 10/11, but it was a federal holiday

I think he sent a Private Message to Rahul after the interview. I hope he is going to share his experience just the way we did it.

hm11,

Shaky will share his experience once he finishes some work he has to do - soon. He is alive and well, we exchanged some PM's after his interview..

Well wish you all the best and I was just wondering if you applied for K3 visa as well, since that will bring her here faster? I heard it take max of 8 month! I hope her case gets approved in less than 6 month, because leaving her will be very hard Rahul, specially the first year so spend as much time as you can with her while you still can, because every moment is going to be very, very precious, you deserve all the best, you have been helping every one and I am sure god will help you too, and I will keep you in my prayers. Thanks for every thing Rahul, and I pray to god to take this easy on you guys, and help you both get through this.

P.S. I got a letter from Tom Ridge yesterday, he mentioned that my finger prints are expired he asked me to wait on my local office to send me a letter regarding that, I don’t know if I should go a head and get a second finger print on my own, do you think I should wait on them to send me a letter? Or should I go ahead and get that finger prints?

You cannot that do that. You have to be fingerprinted at INS approved location using Biometric system which is integrated with FBI. If you send FPs on your own, they will be tossed.

Dcf?

Hi Rahul

Did you find anything about the DCF process? Is the 60-day wait period mandatory and worth it?

Where did you file the I-130 from?

I'm sorry if you've replied to all this before - just point me to your original thread in that case...

Belated congrats on your wedding!

Phillydude :)
Thanks for your kind respond, but I believe you miss understood my question, I meant to say is it ok to go get a finger print done at a INS approved location with out getting a notice from INS asking me to do so. ;)

I doubt if they allow you to do that! You will not be given a "number" without a letter from USCIS.

Some one else told me that, no biggy, I had time off work this week, that is why I wanted to get that out of the way. Thanks :)
