In this forum, on enquiry, I have mentioned my PD which is Aug.'03. However, based on the current visa dates of Jun'02 for EB3, India, I know it is a long way and therefore not a concern or issue at this point of time.

I regret that my Attorney didnt use proper wording in my LC application so as to make my case eligible for EB2. I'm fine on education & experience.
