Packet3 docs not entered in NVC system after 15 working days

I sent some documents for packet3 with FedEx to NVC, NH on March 4th.

It has been 15 business days in their building, but not enetered in their computer system yet.

Has anyone else sent packet 3 docs to NVC or St. Louis in first week of March?

i heard that fedex dont deliver PO boxes.

please confirm if they did deliver..did u have a tracking id..

NVC did not enter it yet

FedEx did deliver and someone signed for it, but NVC did not enter it in the computer system yet.

Now I requested them to look for it and they said it may take up to another 15 days just for them to search for it and give me a response.
