My case left the NVC on the 28th of May and arrived in Mumbai consulate on the 4th of June. When would i receive case transfer notification from the NVC ? Also, When would i receive my packet 4 ?

By this time the attorney on record should have received the
letter saying that the case has been forwarded to Bombay.

Most probably your interview would be in August. So you would
receive the packet 4 sometime in July.
