Hi

I understand that the current priority date for F4 type is till 1 Mar 1996. My date is 20 Feb 1996 when do you think they will send the packet 4 and when will the date of appointment be .Please let me know.

Packet 4 I believe comes from the consulate after they have received and reviewed your packet 3. To get an idea about possible time frames, your best bet is to contact the consulate itself.
 
I have got my pack 3 and returned it filled . And i have got a letter from US visa office that they have sent the file to Chennai consulate,and my pr date is 20Feb1996 as on Aug the pr date is 1Mar 1996.

How will i know when the Packet 4 has been posted to me
