My interview is on April 6th. My packet 4 sent to me on March 7th.
When do you think will I get it? I want to leave on the 29th of March for India.
To all the guys who have recieved packet 4, where is it postmarked from? India? USA? Gurus please help!!!

I am a silent reader of this forum.I was informed that my case also falls under April,2005 interview schedule. Can you please let me know how you got to know your interview date and which consulate you are scheduled for interview.I really appreciate your reply.

Your NVC automated message should tell you name of consulate.

After that call / email that consulate to find date early or check their website after 15 of march.

Hi GreenMD,

Thanks for your reply.I know the consulate where I will be attending for the interview.I already sent a mail to the consulate, and they told it would be likely in April. But aonflux tells that his interview is on April' 6th.So, am wondering how the confirmed date is known and which consulate aonflux would be attending.

It is mailed from US (Washington D.C.?) I think you will get the appt. letter by 15th. Otherwise not to worry. You could always ask somebody in Mumbai to pick a copy up for you (that's the only meaningful thing in there)

Welcome to the forum.

You can call the Mumbai consulate (right about the time they open or in their mid afternoon) and they should be able to tell you the date. If somebody told you (assuming your lawyer) he should be knowing the exact date also?!

I see everyone on cptracker has been getting their Packet 4 around the 23rd to the 27th. You mentioned I might get my packet 4 by the 15th. Did you get your packet 4 early? Thanks in advance. You are a big help to this forum.

I do have the last 3 yrs tax transcripts & W2's. Is it mandatory to take 1040 forms for the interview.

It's not mandatory, but if you have it misght well as take it.

I had about more then 200 pages fo extra papers, which were not seen at all. But I kept evertyhing related to immigration (F1/H1/GC), last 3 years taxes, educational materials etc.
