packet 4 picked up in Mumbai

Hi everyone,
My packet 4 was picked up in Mumbai by someone in my family. It had the appointment letter, some medical instructions and some photograph instructions. It also had the DS 230 Part I and part II forms.

My question:
Are there any other forms? Any tax forms? I read on some earlier posts that there was some tax form to fill. Please let me know. Thanks.

there is no tax form in Pk-4.

But you can call IRS and get Tax Transcripts from last 3 years and keep them with you for just in case scenario.
