Packet 4 / Interview letter question

I received a copy of my packet 4 that somebody collected on my behalf from the Delhi embassy. Since embassy folks hand out a duplicate copy, there is no interview letter in the packet 4 that I received. (I will not receive the original interview letter on time since embassy mailed it to a wrong address).
Only thing the person at the inquiry counter did was put my case number and date/time of interview on the front page with a pen.

Does anybody know whether this is sufficient enough or am I supposed to collect a duplicate copy of the interview letter as well.

In my case,

my father picked up the duplicate P4. In this, the person at the counter printed out my appointment letter with that day\'s date and then wrote "duplicate" at the upper right hand corner. But the letter does mention of the interview details and looks like the original appt. letter.

I would think that since the information desk guy gave it to you, it should be valid. But I would suggest you call them up and ask this question.
