All, I received my packet 3 yday list of the things in it
1. Cover letter addressed to my Lawyer.
2. Barcoded page with list of applicants and fee.
3. Notice about Vaccination requirements.
4. Instructions for Immigrant Visa Applicants (7pages in total).
5. one DS230 part 1 form.
6. One return addressed envelope.
7. Supplement to Form OF169 dated Aug 1992.

Did you get DS 230 part 1form which is same as the one on the immihelp.com?
