Just came back from post office, sent out my I-130/485/693/864/765/G325Ax2 .

Hopefully can get my EAD by the end of the year...
Hopefully can get my GC by the end of Feb...

Hopefully these are reasonable anticipations...

I saw many people getting interviews in 3 months, even in superbusy DOs like Los Angeles and New York.
If everything goes smoothly, you should be fine. Some DOs are slower though (I recall DC, Charlotte, Memphis).

I hope you don't have to wait to much longer for your GC. I have a quick question for you, you said you mailed in g325a x2, was one for your i-130[4 copies], and the other set for your i-485, also was it just info on the alien, or the person who is petitioning. thanks

thank you, but why do they need 4 copies of my G325Apetitioner... and another 4 copies of my G325A benefactor, if they already approved the I-130.

Approved 130

If they already approved the I-130, then you need only G325A for the beneficiary while filing the I-485. Just send the I-485 with G325a of your beneficiary and the required evidence.

Good luck= preparation meeting an opportunity.

sorry for asking this dumb question: when filing I-130, do you have to attach G325A of the petitioner?

i thought ONLY 485 need to attach G325A, and that is only for intended immigrant (or beneficary).

i am doing concurrent filing for my parents - immidiate relative, so i will send I-130 and 485 all at the same time.

can you please answer my question? i'm confused...

For I-130, you need G325A for both petitioner and beneficiary; and for i-485, you need another set (i.e. 4pages) of G325A for the beneficiary.

thanks Carrot.

i read the I-130 instruction again:
Item 7. A -husband and wife: DO need G325A for both.
Item 7. F, G - mother and father, which is my case. do NOT need G325A.

i hope that's right. :)
whew...

oops, I was too careless. Sorry for the wrong information. You are right, for parents, it seems you do NOT need G325A. :)
