P3 created and sent time difference

I talked to NVC operator, he said it will take 4-6 weeks for them to send P3 to lawyer from the date they created P3, is it true in all cases?

Ture with me. Case was received in Dec.15 and my P3 has been mailed this week to me.

6-8 Weeks for me!

I called NVC today and the operator told me that it would take 6-8 weeks to review the P3! This sucks big time...

What he told is my P3 is created on 2/25. And it will take 4-6 weeks for them to mail it to lawyer. Thats amazing!!

If so when was your I 140 approved. My I 140 was approved on Jan 11th nothing yet when can I expect a case to be created at NVC.
