How do you guys do it.
Everyday I read of people who talked to an IIO.

I spent today from 8:45 till 9:30 calling.
Then I tried from 1:00 till 1:20pm.
Then I tried from 2:45 till 3:05pm.

I still didn\'t get through.
Half the time I get a busy signal.
The other half is "I\'m sorry, all circuits are full".

Do people get the last message often?

What\'s the trick to getting through?
I dial the number 1 949 831 8427. Get a busy
signal. Hang up, wait a second, hit re-dial.
What the hell am I doing wrong.

Don\'t wait before hitting re-dial

And keep a book or something with you, so that you can do something while redialing.

Re: Do you ever get the "Sorry, All circuits are busy" message

I heard from a friend of mine that he could not get through from his office (in LA) but his wife could get thru after a number of tries from her office at Pasadena, maybe it is do with the area from which you calling (for the busy circuit message), I can get through sometimes and cannot someother times, I have never talked to an IIO though.

Yes - "All circuits busy" msg comes up often -

Try dialling when you have at least over an hour available to you - 30-45 minutes to get thru\' to INS - and then 20-25 minutes wait for IIO. And yes, pray before you start dialling.

Have a idea

The way I got thru is that I have a phone where the redial button resets and
dials. I keep doing that for 15 minutes, yesterday afternoon and got thru.
