I am currently transferring H1B to new company and starting new job next week.
My current employer will be keeping me on their payroll till second week of August just to pay my accured overtime or comp. time pay.
Can they do that. and if i get the paychecks from the current employer after i have transferred will it create probs for me in future GC process.
My resignation letter will say this friday as last day of work.
Please advice.
