Overstayed workstudy Visa. Leaving in June, can she come back with job offer or marriage to citizen?

I have this girlfriend who has overstayed her Visa for under a year. She is pressured by her parents to go back home to her non-EU European country. If she leaves is there any way that she can come back on a job offer(I have connections for modeling) or fiancé/marriage to USC visa? Or will she have a 10 year ban on those as well? I am confident she is a girl I am supposed to be with and she wants to stay but her parents are giving her a guilt trip(we are 23).

Also, would it be better for her to stay, marry me and apply for a marriage green card?

She would have left sooner but she could not afford a plane ticket that was close to her price of affording that soon so she had to buy one 8 months in advance for cheap so she could afford it.

Please help

Overstayed what kind of visa? F-1 student visa? If yes, does she have D/S written on the I-94?

Those facts affect the length of her ban or whether she'll be banned at all.
