I am a permanent resident. My wife and I are expecting our first baby. My wife is currently in the USA but will be leaving next month (B1/B2) so my baby will most probably be born in my home country and he will never become president of the USA
.. I would like to know what the status of my newborn will be? will he/she be eligible for a green card right away or does he/she have to go thru the loooooooong wait as his mother? Any info regarding this is appreciated. thank you!!
