California cases went to both the BEC centers..

Is it true that Labor filed in New PERM process if approved will go head irrespective of that there are 340,000 pending case with dates older than 4 years??

Yes they can go ahead with I-140. But they can file 485 only when the Visa dates are current for their PD. Only EB2 guys will be lucky for a some more time.

What are you basing your statement on?? This statement is from a note you (God Bless You) listed from Aprl2002 quote.
How do we know this is accurate?
I have a TR case from MI filed in Aug 2001 and still no news from Dallas BPC!

This is not my statement.. This is from Aprl2002.. and from his sources from PBEC....

God bless you and other guys: how did you guys get Philly BEC case # for your labor application.

Mine was filed in Sept. 2002 from NJ/ RIR.....no 45 days letter H1 (6 years term) going to expire next year.........
 
Case Status - RIR

I sent an email to Dallas BEC , to get a proof for 7th yr extension, i received a response with a screen shot with case status - RIR.

Does anybody knows what does it mean for the Case status = RIR. My priority date is Apr 2003 and one of my friend with priority date of Jan 2003 received a reply with case status - certified.

Both of us applied our labor in EB3, RIR method.

I also received case status as RIR on 7 year extn email. What exactly does that mean? Where is this in the certification process que?
Anybody has an idea about different stages of the certification process? Pls post for everybody's benefit. :)

I can not beleive this...Case Status: CERTIFIED

I send another mail to H1B7YR@PHI.DFLC.US yesterday midnight
and recived reply today just now I checked..
Now the Case status is showing
Case Status: CERTIFIED
previously it was RIR

I will update once lawyer receive approved certificstion in mail..

My PD is Oct 30,2001
EB3 RIR
NY SWA Case
45 day letter recived and replied in March 2005 last week

what is the content of this mail?

I already got my 8th year extension.
But my attorney used the same DOL proof which we got for 7th yr ext from NY SWA.
when cases were still processing in NY SWA DOL.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am a beginner at LC and a question.

Does it matter 'where' (location) I file my LC from or is everything now pretty much based on PD?
