undefinedi have a boyfriend 26 years old and he was under the f4 preference, as we all know...he will be only qualified if he's below 21.his parents just got us last year by the month of august, i believe that they have to file a separate petition for my boyfriend and it's under f2 poreference.how long will it take him to wait for his petiton??? and if he'll be back here and we decided to get married, how soon am i going to join him in us??

us citizen???

im not a us citizen but my boyfriend is under f2 visa processing and if he got to US and wait for his greencard.he'll be back here to marry me and he'll file an I 140 FOR CHANGE OF STATUS, then he will be filing another petition for me to be with him.
