Please share your experience if anybody has been sent out of US by sponsoring company on a project when one is close to I-485 approval or approval comes when he is out of US.
Is that a problem?
Is it ok to go on less salary than what one is getting in US?

Please share your experience ?

Thanks in advance.

It does not matter as long as you have your AP on you. You will become a PR as soon as you have your passport stamped. Have also EAD on you when you leave. I was asked twice for it upon return at different airports.

Woops. I answered only one of your questions. The salary thing is more complicated. You may get away with it if you do not get an RFE. However, if they ask in RFE for an employer letter with numeration, be ready to indicate the salary, whichever you have been approved in LC, at least not less than that figure.
